Harbor TV Log In 

All advisory teachers will need to log-in to access the videos to show in advisory. You personally created an account earlier this semester. If you did not create an account, simply follow the directions below.
*Videos for Advisory lessons can only be accessed by logging in to this account using the code highlighted below.

  1. Upper right corner click “Learn More”
  2. Enter the following code for LHS: SMC828
  3. Enter your information to create your account...Once logged into the HarborTV account
  4. Go to “The Harbor” pull down menu at the top of the page
  5. Click “Latest Episodes” (Consider adding this to your favorites)
  6. Locate the designated “Season/Episode” video according to the advisory lesson (lesson plan details are below)

Class Starter: Ask students…
  • What is a legacy?
  • How often do you feel you could have managed your time better?
  • What does time management have to do with creating a positive legacy?

Show: the following Episode titles (found in "The Harbor" pull down menu; "Latest Episodes)

  • Season 2 - Episode 1 “Leaving a Legacy” (4+ minutes)
  • Season 2 - Episode 4 “Time Management” (4+ minutes)

Class Discussion: use any format of your choice to discuss the “Post Viewing Questions”

  • whole group discussion
  • small group then share out
  • inner circle / outer circle
  • inner circle can have one set of questions to discuss while the outer circle remains quiet
  • outer circle can have a different set of questions to discuss while the inner circle remains quiet
  • any other idea you may have that gets the students processing today's lesson
